Registration for the Ohio River Paddlefest 2017 is now open to the public. Paddlefest is an annual event held in Cincinnati, Ohio, benefitting Outdoor Adventure Clubs and celebrating, promoting and protecting the Ohio River.
Participants can register for the 9-mile float or the 4.2-mile SUP race with an early bird registration rate of $35 until May 31. After May 31 the price increases. Those without a boat of their own can still participate, too: Kayak, tandems, canoes and SUPs will be available for rent, starting at $40.
Paddlefest was created by Outdoor Adventure Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, an organization that aims to provide urban teens with access to nature through recreation, education and conservation opportunities.
