Terry Rinker from Tampa, Florida piloted hisiHEART/RINKER RACING Formula One tunnel boat to victory in the turbulent waters of the Saginaw River. This was not just any victory — this was Rinker’s seventh championship win on the Bay City, Michigan race course. The first place finish breaks the tie of six wins that Rinker held with recently retired Tim Seebold. The history-making feat took place at the 30th Bay City Grand Prix, held June 23-25, 2017 in Bay City. The event was sanctioned under the banner of the F1 ChampBoat IOGP (International Outboard Grand Prix) series.
