Fraser Yachts Group — a Monaco-based yacht brokerage, chartering and management brand in business since 1947 — has been acquired by MarineMax from the Azimut Benetti Group. Fraser staff will stay in place, as will directors Roberto Giorgi and Paolo Vitelli in an advisory capacity. The agreement also includes MarineMax’s exclusive dealership of Benetti Yachts in North America.
