S.A.F.E. Platform Makes Water Access Easy

By January 12, 2018No Comments

The S.A.F.E. high-low stern platform for outboards makes spending some time in the water both safe and easy. The platform uses an electro-hydraulic lifting mechanism to raise and lower the platform to three different levels.

In the “low” position, the platform sits about 10 cm underwater. This position is used when the boat is at anchor, and allows boaters to more easily hop in the lake for a quick dip without the hassle of a ladder. This low position can also help keep your boat more stable. The engines cannot be started while the platform is low.
In the “ride” position, the platform sits level with the cockpit. The platform cannot be raised or lowered while engines are running. Putting the platform in the “high” position allows boaters to trim the engines.
The S.A.F.E. platform also works with both monohull and catamarans up to 50 feet with single, double, triple, or quad engines.
