Those who enjoy being spooked should attend the Michigan Maritime Museum’s third annual Haunted Museum event, FALLOUT. This year’s haunted museum event is part of South Haven’s Haven Harvest weekend.
This year’s FALLOUT theme is based on the years following WWII, when the U.S. government funneled millions into Project Castle, a military research and development study on new technologies, such as chemical and nuclear warfare, a statement from organizers says. The haunted tour will be based on top-secret test sites and the disastrous mutations that came with them.
The haunted house will be held October 20 to 21, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Admission is $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
