Raritan Develops Bluetooth Toilet

By September 7, 2017No Comments

Having a toilet on-board can be convenient but also a huge hassle. Raritan Engineering hopes to take a little bit of stress out of maintaining a working head on-board with its new Bluetooth Flush Control.

The Bluetooth Flush Control wirelessly connects to an electronic Raritan toilet using a panel or free smartphone app. The Flush Control can work from up to 50-feet away and allows users to customize flush settings for optimal performance and water consumption. Maximum discharge and inlet output capacities for the Bluetooth Flush Control are 40 amps, and output to the marine sanitation device activation is up to 1 amp. The panel can be powered by three AAA batteries, which will last up to two years. This smart toilet system can be outfitted in new builds and refits.

Raritan’s Bluetooth Flush Control was nominated for a 2017 Innovation Award and will debut at the International Boatbuilders’ Exhibition & Conference (IBEX) later this month.
