Cruising on the open waters of the Great Lakes is one thing, but navigating inland lakes and waterways can be a whole different beast. Fortunately for boaters, the Cruising Club of America and Great Lakes Cruising Club School are collaborating to offer a discounted two-part webinar on just such a topic. The first webinar, which takes place April 4, addresses the basic tools and practices for cruising safety, such as effective VHF radio and safety equipment usage. The second webinar session, on April 6, covers putting safety skills into action in short-handed situations. Both webinars last approximately one hour and are available at a discounted price of $10.
