Due to popular demand, the Heritage Harbor Ottawa Resort in Illinois has begun construction on new Heritage Series condos. The original condos — popular turnkey vacation options — quickly sold-out. The resort is now constructing a new building that contains four more residences: Two ground-floor garden units and two upper-level units, each of which will have a private entry and single-car garage. The garden units will also have two bedrooms, two baths and a private patio. The upper-level units will be slightly larger with an optional screened-in deck. Heritage Harbor homeowners have access to the full-service marina, the harbor-side restaurant, neighborhood pools and more. Pre-construction sales of the units have already begun; units are priced from $249,000 to $269,000.
