Ranger Announces New Pontoon Line

By January 4, 2017No Comments

To meet the rising popularity of pontoons, Ranger Boats has announced “Reata by Ranger” — a new line of pontoon boats for 2017. The seven models that make up the Reata by Ranger fleet are inspired by Ranger’s fishing heritage and the sporting lifestyle. The boats range in length from 20 to 25 feet, and are available in fish and cruise designs. Both fish and cruise lines also come with triple tube models.

Each model in the Reata by Ranger line comes with powder-coated pontoon logs, vinyl flooring, fiberglass consoles, fully-wrapped custom upholstery, auto-inspired dash designs and thicker side panels for extra safety and comfort. They also have wheelchair-accessible interior swinging gates. In particular, the fish pontoon models also have aerated livewells, Lowrance Hook 5 electronics, rod storage and accommodations for trolling motors. Cruise models feature full-width swim platforms, storage space, port and starboard bow lounges, stereo with Bluetooth and more.

Of course, the pontoon line also has all those standard Ranger features that boaters might be familiar with as well, such as: A snapless mooring cover, a stainless steel boarding ladder, tilt steering, a deployable top and reclining captain’s chairs. Boaters may choose between Mercury, Evinrude or Yamaha outboards and a number of color options.
