Premier Marine is restructuring its pontoon production and has promoted three key employees: Steve Hammond to quality manager; Dave Grovender to VP of operations; and Robert Douglass to product development manager.
Hammond has spent several years managing the ISO quality management system at Premier and has been at the company for almost five years.
Grovender joined the Premier team in 2003 with a background in the marine industry. He worked in several roles, including R&D tooling development and the engineering and product development departments.
Douglass has been with the company for 10 years and has been responsible for managing all incoming boat orders for all four Premier brands. For more information on Premier, visit pontoons.com.
