Crest Continental Maintains ‘Best Luxury Model’ Title

By December 8, 2015No Comments

The votes are in and tallied, and for the second year in a row, the Crest Continental has been awarded “Best Luxury Model” by Pontoon and Deck Boat Magazine, proving that last year’s award was more than just luck. Each year, Pontoon and Deck Boat Magazine hosts PDB Days, a two-day event in Bloomington, Indiana, where avid boaters can demo-ride and vote on the industry’s best pontoon brands, among other activities. This year, over 20 exhibitors participated.

The Continental first made its debut in 2014. One of its most notable features, a full, walk-thru windshield, gives the craft a mixed pontoon, sport-boat feeling. The Continental is 25 feet and can hold up to 17 passengers. Boaters can choose from the Continental 250 CS or the 250 SLR2.

“The Continental falls into our Luxury Class of boats and has been a hit from the day it was introduced,” says senior VP of sales and marketing for Crest, Joe Antonneau. “In fact today, it is our best seller within our Luxury Class and our Crest dealers from California, to Missouri to New York are experiencing excellent sales. We’re having a hard time keeping up with customer demand for the Continental.”
