Lake Geneva Cruise Line Offers Holiday Boat Tours

By December 8, 2015No Comments

Who says the boating season has to end when wintery weather approaches? For the first time ever, the Lake Geneva Cruise Line is offering boat tours through December. The weekend tours are a great way to get into the holiday spirit: the Grand Belle is decorated from the inside out with lights and other festive trinkets. A cash bar and kid-friendly activities will also be available for some extra fun.

Even if you’ve cruised Lake Geneva before, a tour in December is sure to impress. The lack of boat traffic means better chances of wildlife sightings, and leafless trees offer a more revealing glimpse into lakeside estates — just be sure to bundle up!

Tours will leave from PIER 290/Gage Marina in Williams Bay, Wisconsin on Fridays through Sundays. Friday tours include the Sundowner Tour (one hour, departs at 3:45 p.m.) and the Holiday Evening Cruise (one hour, departs 5:30 p.m.). Saturday and Sunday will offer the same, as well as Full Lake Tours (two hours, departing 1 p.m.). Parking is available on site.

Since it is December, after all, tours are weather dependent: be sure to check the website or call the office for updates. To book a tour or check out ticket prices, visit cruiselakegeneva.com.
