The Moorings Adds New Monohulls to BVI Fleet

By October 14, 2015No Comments

The world’s premier yacht charter company, The Moorings, adds more than 20 new monohull yachts to its charter fleet in the British Virgin Islands (BVIs). The company recently invested more than $50 million into the development of new yachts in more than 20 destinations across the globe. As part of this fleet investment, these new monohulls were specifically chosen to cater to classic sailing enthusiasts.

Set to debut in the BVIs this December, these yachts include the all-new Moorings 38.2, as well as three additional monohulls ranging in size from 42 to 51 feet.

Designed by naval architects Finot-Conq, and built for The Moorings by Beneteau, the 38.2 features two staterooms and a variety of amenities designed for couples or small families seeking a traditional sailing getaway. The company plans to add even more of its most popular Beneteau monohulls, including the 3-cabin Moorings 42.3, the Moorings 45.3, as well as the 4-cabin Moorings 51.4, the largest yacht in Jeanneau’s Sun Odyssey range.

These new additions follow the debut of the company’s newest sail and power catamarans, The Moorings 4000 and 433PC/434PC, respectively.
