Ken Larsen, Waukegan harbormaster of 25 years, owner and operator of Larsen Marine Service, and avid traveler and boater, passed away April 19 at the age of 78. Larsen worked side-by-side with four generations of family for more than 50 years at Larsen Marine Service. He is survived by his son, Douglas (Lori Ann); two daughters, Kathy (Tom) and Lori (Sam); four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Gail.
