Saugatuck, Michigan won first place in USA Today’s “10 Best Readers Choice Travel Awards” poll to identity the Top 10 Best Summer Weekend Escapes in the United States. The west Michigan town was the only Midwestern community selected. All nominees were chosen by a panel of travel experts that included a combination of editors from USA Today and editors from 10Best.com.
