A historic downtown filled with lovely shops, outdoor cafés and glorious beachfront, Grand Haven is often called the “Michigan Riviera.” Located on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan, Grand Haven is the only city officially designated “Coast Guard City USA.” Featuring 1.5 miles of boardwalk, an endless sugar-sand beach and iconic 19th century lighthouse, it’s no wonder the town has received so many accolades.
