It’s not all about the size.

Size isn’t the only thing that matters when you know how to deliver.

With the release of its smallest flybridge model in more than a decade, Sunseeker International delivers big boat amenities in a manageable size: The Manhattan 52.

For sun seekers, the boat manufacturer incorporates a large “beach club” swim platform with transom seating, and an optional barbecue grill and shower. Relax at the U-shaped aft settee or on the sunpad lounges with a hi/lo table on the foredeck. Relish the autumn sun on the flybridge deck, complete with sunpads, twin helm seats and a wet bar. Enjoy al fresco dining on the bridge by the large teak table flanked by a huge U-shaped settee. Sunseeker has found a way to fully utilize each space to the benefit of the owner.

Bi-fold glass doors blend the aft deck with the salon, creating a fabulous open feeling. Inside, the aft galley makes it easy to prep and serve. The area also doubles as a bar, since it’s the mid-point of the main deck; the galley/cockpit drop-down glass window fully opens to connect interior and exterior spaces. Curl up for a movie on the dual salon sofas with the perfect view of the retractable flat-screen TV, or enjoy a morning coffee with commanding views, thanks to large windows.

Below are three large staterooms, with a VIP in the forepeak and a twin berth to starboard. Mid ship is the full beam master, with an ensuite head, a vanity and a side table.

“As Sunseeker’s oldest U.S. dealer, I tell you the Manhattan 52 is the hottest model to come out of the factory in years,” says Jim Kehrig, Sunseeker brand manager for Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales (JBYS.com; 866-490-5297). “The design is awe-provoking and there’s an extensive list of very unique and innovative features.”

Power options include the Volvo Penta D11 on shaft drive or the IPS-950 pods. Cruise at 24 knots or let that wind get in your hair at 33 knots wide open.

Based in Poole, England, Sunseeker yachts are in ports all over the world, which means they know how to build a yacht for the American buyer. Stylish, sleek and functional, the Sunseeker Manhattan 52 will make a big impression in your corner of the world.
