America’s Boating Club has provided boaters with boating safety and education resources for over 100 years, and its newest introduction is designed to make boating easier and safer than ever. The powerful new America’s Boating Club app works on all smart devices as an all-in-one information resource — and it’s free.

The app uses your devices’ internal GPS to track location information and can provide nautical reference info, access to maintenance records, usable float plans, weather information and more. There is even an emergency section for help responding to emergencies or assistance if needed, and boaters can create a virtual log and file float plans through the app. For those looking to advance their boating knowledge, the app’s resources section features a vast database of information and resources.

“We have been dedicated to offering safe boating education for over 100 years,” says Mary Paige Abbott, chief commander of America’s Boating Club. “As technology has evolved, we have continually searched for new ways to give people the information they need. This free app is the perfect resource and a helpful tool for boaters of all experience levels.”
