Spend a day with Philip Greene crafting Ernest Hemingway’s favorite cocktails at an exclusive cocktail demonstration as part of the Village of Walloon Lake’s year-long Hemingway Homecoming, in celebration of the author for whom Michigan’s Walloon Lake inspired many of his classics.
Saturday, October 9, Philip Greene, author of “To Have and Have Another: A Hemingway Cocktail Companion,” will demonstrate how to make four Ernest Hemingway original cocktails along with the history behind each. Grab your ticket for a chance to learn alongside Greene, and enjoy unique food pairing to go with each drink, prepared by the chef at Walloon Lake Inn.
The event begins with a Hemingway-themed welcome reception, and each attendee will have the opportunity to have a copy of “To Have and Have Another” signed by Philip Greene.
