The Michigan Boating Industry Association (MBIA) is looking for a great candidate to help grow and support the marine workforce in Michigan. The primary role of MBIA’s open Workforce Development/Membership Coordinator position is to develop a capable short- and long-term workforce for the state’s boating industry by creating, promoting and supporting industry training and education programs within Michigan.
The Workforce Development/Membership Coordinator will act as a liaison and representative for Michigan’s recreational boating industry, and will seek grant funding to support workforce development and career awareness for the boating industry in Michigan.
