Seakeeper and Barletta Boats have announced a new partnership bringing Seakeeper Ride technology to the pontoon market for the very first time, setting a new standard for comfort and handling on the water. The collaboration combines Barletta’s re-engineered pontoon design, including subtle updates to the aft running surface and an added dedicated mounting system, with Seakeeper’s custom pontoon-specific software.
“Seakeeper Ride is rapidly becoming the minimum expectation on boats in our current segments, and the pontoon industry has been massively underserved from a stabilization standpoint,” says Seakeeper president and CEO Andrew Semprevivo. “We’ve always had the goal of transforming the boating experience for all boaters, so entering the pontoon market was a natural next step for us. We’re thrilled to partner with Barletta to usher pontoons into a new era, one where pontoons are even higher performing and safer and where big water or saltwater use is welcomed.”
Seakeeper Ride can eliminate up to 70% of pitch and roll on boats between 19 and 55 feet, a capability that has seen rapid adoption since the system’s 2022 launch.
Initially offered on the Barletta 23 Lusso and 25 Lusso, the technology will expand to additional models.
