MasterCraft Boat Holdings, Inc. has acquired Marine Products Corp., the builder of Chaparral and Robalo boats. The deal will bring together MasterCraft’s performance and leisure boat brands — such as MasterCraft, Crest and Balise — with Marine Products’ recreational and sport-fishing brands Chaparral and Robalo, creating a diversified portfolio that spans multiple recreational boating categories.

The combined company will be headquartered in Vonore, Tennessee, and will maintain the Chaparral and Robalo operating facilities in Nashville, Georgia.
