Absolute 52 FLY

The Absolute 52 FLY is a study in how far modern flybridge yachts have come — not in sheer size, but in how intelligently they use space.

At just over 52 feet, this yacht delivers the volume, interior light and livability of a much larger boat, without sacrificing performance or handling.

The layout is where this boat distinguishes itself. Belowdeck, a three-cabin configuration accommodates six plus a single berth crew, highlighted by a forward owner’s suite and a remarkably spacious amidships VIP that spans the beam. Large hull windows flood both spaces with natural light, reinforcing a design philosophy centered on openness and connection to the water.

Up on the main deck, the salon and aft galley are arranged to blur the line between inside and out. Sliding glass doors and drop-down windows create a continuous social space, while the cockpit terrace and open transom further extend the usable living area aft. Forward, a bow lounge with sunpad and seating adds yet another gathering zone, while the flybridge — true to its name — serves as the primary entertaining space, complete with helm, seating and optional wetbar.

Power comes from twin Volvo Penta IPS800 diesel engines, typically rated at 600-hp each. This setup delivers respectable performance, with top speeds generally in the 28- to 32-knot range and an efficient cruising sweet spot in the low 20s.

Functionally, the 52 FLY is built for extended cruising. Wide side decks, excellent sightlines from both helm stations and thoughtful ergonomics make it manageable for a couple, while its accommodations and social spaces easily support longer stays aboard.
