McConaghy Boats and ZeroJet announced the launch of MC-ZERO Tenders, delivering high performance and maximized onboard space paired with sustainable energy-focused power. The new flagship MC-ZERO 450 features a rigid carbon hull, world-first “moveable helm” that allows for increased deck space, and a spacious platform that delivers 40% more internal space than traditional RIBs. The modular deck includes fly-by-wire technology allowing owners to easily transition the tender from guest shuttle to gear-hauler.
“The MC-ZERO 450 serves as a benchmark in tenders,” says Chris Baird, CEO of MC-ZERO. “Traditional vessels are restricted by fixed layouts and protruding engine boxes. We’ve engineered the 450 from a clean sheet to remove these legacy compromises, allowing the boat to adapt to the user, rather than the other way around.”
Prioritizing smart functionality, the 14.8-foot 450 has electric drop-down steps for passengers getting on or off the boat. A fully actuating electric transom at the stern extends the deck and is ideal for swimming, boarding or relaxing on board. The 450 is propelled by twin 30kW ZeroJet electric drives for smooth, immediate power with clean, quiet propulsion.
MC-ZERO Tenders made its world debut at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March 2026, and celebrated its European launch at the Palma International Boat Show, April 29-May 2, 2026.
