Marina Shores at Dune Harbor in Portage, Indiana, has new owners. The marina has been sold to investors Peter and Erin Meiusi in a deal brokered by National Marina Sales. Located along Lake Michigan near Indiana Dunes National Park, the marina features more than 265 slips, floating docks, fuel services and on-site amenities, including a yacht club, wine bar, pool and fitness center.
The new owners plan to maintain the marina’s current operations while making gradual updates to facilities and services. The acquisition reflects continued confidence in the recreational boating and marina market, according to National Marina Sales.
