The Newport International Boat Show announced the winners of its 20th Annual Newport for New Products Awards, which were judged by leading marine journalists and experts. The program is open to domestic and foreign products that were nationally launched after April 1, 2026 and made their boat show debut at Newport, and offers entries and exhibitors extensive marketing exposure through editorial, digital promotion, public relations campaigns and outreach to boating audiences.
This year’s award winners are:
- Best New Boat Overall: Hood 42 LM
- Best New Power Boat: Hunt 56
- Best New Sailboat: Dragonfly 36 (honorable mention: X-Yachts XR 41)
- Best New Powerboat Under 35 feet: Highfield ADV9
- Best New Powerboat Over 35 feet: Riviera 55 Belize (honorable mention: Targa 37)
- Best Innovation Boat: Vandal 50
- Best Innovation Product: Facnor TackFurl
- Best Product for New Boaters/Accessibility: TuffTide 13
- Best New Product: SwiftLoc adjustable rod holder
- Best Operational, Maintenance & Safety Product: Propspeed Foulfree Multi-Surface
This year’s STAR Awards, which recognize exhibitor excellence across four best-of-show categories, include:
- Best In-Tent Display: IK Yacht Design
- Best Freestanding Display: Artisan Boatworks
- Best In-Water Powerboat Display: Hinkley Yachts
- Best In-Water Sailboat Display: Signature Catamarans
