AkzoNobel Yacht Coating’s most recent addition to its Micron range, Micron CSC-CA, offers a multi-seasonal, premium antifouling that provides incredible longevity, can be used on multiple surfaces, and can be applied at temperatures as low as 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Compatible with fiberglass, wood and properly primed metal boat hulls and parts, Micron CSC-CA uses unique Controlled Solubility Copolymer technology to enhance performance and minimize paint build-up, improving boat handling and allowing for easier reapplication of antifouling.

“With Micron CSC-CA we have again raised the bar. Suitable in all waters for power and sail boats, it has been engineered to polish at a controlled rate — providing premium multi-season protection against all types of fouling,” says Matthew Anzardo, AkzoNobel global yacht segment manager. “We take immense pride in our legacy of developing the industry’s most cutting-edge formulations that take performance to new levels. With Micron CSC-CA, we are delighted to be providing boaters and professionals the next level of protection.”

Micron CSC-CA can be used on boats below the waterline in fresh, salt or brackish water, and provides a more environmentally friendly option thanks to its high solids formulation, which makes it easier to achieve film thickness and reduces VOC emissions.

Micron CSC-CA is available in gallons in black, blue and red. To learn more, visit yachtcoatings.com.
