Ring in the start of summer at the annual Algonac Boat Show, a weekend of fun, music, on-water activities, socializing and showing off winter projects. The 2018 event — which takes place on June 23 at the Algonac Harbour Club Marina — is the 33rd annual Algonac Boat Show, as well as the Michigan Chapter Antique & Classic Boat Society’s 40th anniversary.
A more relaxed format this year will feature a non-judged event. The show will feature special awards, including “Best of Show” and “Best Outboard.” An informal boat parade up the river will conclude the day. There will be 80 to 100 classic boats displayed both in water and on land. Classic boat rides are available to the public from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
