The founders of BareItAll Petfoods believe they have discovered a solution to the invasive Asian carp population: Dog treats. The company produces three different sizes of treats (crunchers, crisps and nibblers) that contain Asian carp in combination with other ingredients such as dried sweet potatoes, flax seed, chickpeas and mangoes. The company hopes their treats will provide a sustainable solution to reducing the Asian carp population, especially since integrating the fish into the human food market has so far been unsuccessful.
