Bass Pro Shops, White River Marine Group announced the acquisition of legendary watersports brand Hobie, uniting two venerable and storied watercraft manufacturers that both started from humble beginnings and went on to become world leaders in the watercraft industry.
The acquisition will return Hobie production to the U.S., to the area near Bass Pro Shops’ birthplace in the Missouri Ozarks, ensuring products will continue to deliver innovation, quality and craftsmanship.
