In preparation for the upcoming boating season, BoatU.S. is offering a free online boating safety education course in 36 states from March 18 to 24. BoatU.S. is offering the course through a partnership with the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) and other organizations.
The BoatU.S. online course is state-approved and covers the basics of safety and beyond. Boaters can stop and start the course whenever it is convenient, allowing them to easily fit it into busy schedules. The course includes animations, videos
Boaters can print their state’s proof of completion when they finish the course. More than 1.4 million boaters have taken these courses since 1997.
