Boston Whaler 345 Conquest Wins Innovation Award

By May 22, 2014No Comments

The Boston Whaler 345 Conquest Pilothouse not only features luxurious amenities and signature Whaler sportsfishing capabilities, but it’s also been officially recognized for its innovative enclosed helm.

Whaler took home a 2014 National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Innovation Award in the Furnishings and Interior Parts Category for its impressive 345 helm, which, with the push of a button, transforms the forward berth dining table into a queen-sized bed.

According to Boating Writers International (BWI) judge Nigel Calder, who was one of seven marine industry journalists/experts that evaluated this years’ Innovation Award entries, the groundbreaking Conquest design is “the James Bond of beds.”

Additional features on the 345 include a cockpit wet bar and spacious galley, making it an ideal boat for offshore fishing and entertaining.
