BRP — a leader in the powersports industry and parent company to Sea Doo and Lynx, among others — has announced the recent acquisition of 16 new Evinrude dealers, as well as four new OEM boatbuilders.
Earlier this year, BRP introduced a new E-TEC G2 150-hp to 200-hp offering through Evinrude. Evinrude’s E-TEC G2 engines feature some of the industry’s most intelligent, efficient and environmentally friendly technology.
“We are thrilled to welcome new members to BRP’s Evinrude family,” says Krista Sparkes, vice president of sales for North America, BRP’s Marine Propulsion Systems division.
The four new OEM boatbuilders acquired by BRP include Calypso Skiff, Chaparral Boats, Polar Kraft Boats and Mowdy Boats from Texas.
