Celebrate the holidays on Saturday, December 15 with the Michigan Maritime Museum and the South Haven Memorial Library at the Keeper’s House. Cookies, hot chocolate, sledding and book readings will help get you in the holiday spirit!
Create a free take-home craft and then listen to a reading of “Captain Santa” or “The Christmas Tree Ship” at the top of each hour with help from both the library and museum.
“It’s a great partnership between the library and the museum,” says Ashley Deming, director of education at the museum. “We love to be able to combine family fun and education and so does the library. It’s a wonderful fit, especially during the holidays.”
