Wisconsin-based Cruisers Yachts is a well-known boatbuilder that heavily focuses on engineering and design to make the on-water experience the best it can be.

Fulfilling this ideal is the 38 GLS — a bowrider with exciting outboard power and the kind of amenities found on much larger boats.
“This boat can be used to take the family to the beach as a day cruiser or for an extended weekend vacation,” says Matt VanGrunsven, Cruisers Yachts’ director of marketing.

With its open design, it’s easy to see that this boat was meant to be at sea. Seating arrangements include the aft-facing bench that easily swivels to face the starboard beach door. Given the triple outboard configuration taking up most of the swim platform area, the beach door offers you an additional platform to enjoy time at your favorite anchorage.

Additional seating is located up in the bow lounge and a pair of dinettes in the amidships area. There is even a suitable galley — sink, refrigerator and storage — with space for an optional grill. A wetbar with stools provides even more entertaining opportunities. There are also accommodations below with an aft cabin, head with standing shower and a U-shaped dinette that easily converts into a sleeping area.

“We resin-infuse the hull and have applied a first-class running surface to match the lightness with outboards. And we went a bit fancier with our stitching techniques and materials,” VanGrunsven says. “We have maintained our build expertise and applied all the latest technology has to offer.”

Her long list of standard equipment includes an opening sunroof, cabin microwave and refrigerator, and a 120V central vacuum system. Premium options, such as the 5 kW diesel generator, salon TV and top-of-the-line electronics, can create a Cruisers Yachts 38 GLS that is a personal statement of your own.
