Dometic Marine made sure it did not disappoint at this year’s International Boatbuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) and showcased a wide variety of new leisure products for boaters.
One item on the floor was the new Dometic Sea Xchange + Spot Zero XZ Watermaker, a compact machine that acts as both a watermaker and a freshwater reverse-osmosis purification system. Rather than purchasing and installing two machines, the Sea Xchange + Spot Zero XZ Watermaker allows boaters to turn large amounts of seawater into potable water through a single contraption.
Another product on display that focused on convenience was the CRX — a built-in refrigerator with a removable freezer, allowing the CRX to transform into a refrigerator only or a freezer only. The CRX comes in three sizes. Also on display at IBEX were Dometic’s water heaters, Variable Capacity Chiller (VARC), and KRA 433X and 450X cabinet condensing units.
