Parks Canada announced its pre-season sale on select boating permits for historic canals and waterways in Ontario and Quebec. Boaters can enjoy discounts on season lockage and mooring permits on a variety of historic Canadian waterways, allowing them to immerse themselves in the landscape, history and culture of the various waterways administered by Parks Canada, reports Boating Industry Canada.
Boaters receive 20% off seasonal lockage permits until March 31, 2024 and 10% off seasonal mooring permits when purchased as a package. Mooring permits include the scenic waterways of the Thousand Islands National Park and Georgian Bay Islands National Park.
