Fairline Yachts has collapsed following a recent sale by Hanover Investors to Arrowbolt Propulsion Systems, reports Sky News. The company, based in Oundle, Northamptonshire, fell into administration after PF Capital, the company’s primary lender, triggered the appointment of Alvarez & Marsal as administrators.
Administrators announced Fairline is continuing to trade as usual, and there are no redundancies expected for the company that employs around 250 people, reports Sky News. They are actively pursuing a sale of the business, and are expecting a fair amount of interest given the company’s established name and brand.
