British boatbuilder Fairline Yachts is making a splash by teaming up with Yacht Designer of the Year Alberto Mancini to develop the first model in its new “F-Line” series, expected to launch in early 2019.
The company says the new Fairline 33 will be a compact dayboat that emphasizes the outdoors with a large foredeck sunbathing area, an open plan forward cabin, an innovative fold-down transom and wraparound windows. The Fairline 33 will be powered by a single Volvo Penta sterndrive engine. Boaters will have the option to upgrade to twin diesels or twin V8 petrol engines.
