Hanover Investors, which acquired Fairline Yachts in June 2021, has sold its interest in Fairline Yachts to Arrowbolt Propulsion Systems, a clean propulsion technology company that was founded in 2022. Arrowbolt has appointed Peter Hamlyn as the new CEO of Fairline.
“We look forward to aligning the business with our long-term vision to be a clean and sustainable marine brand. However, to be clear, the industry faces a number of economic and market challenges, and we will be assessing the current business before making any strategic long-term investment decisions,” says Hamlyn.
Fairline continues its excellent reputation and well-established market position, with its Squadron 58 earning the top spot as winner in the Flybridges up to 60 feet category at the 2024 Motor Boat Awards.
