Turkish yacht builder Vicem Yachts’ first Vicem 50 will soon be delivered to its owner stateside, the first in the series to make its way to the U.S. The hull completed its factory trials and was shipped from Turkey in December.

Vicem has taken orders for the first four hulls in the new line, with a fifth slated for production. Customers will experience a truly unique, individualized experience with the new 50 Classic, which offers fully customized interiors and equipment options for customers.

Beyond choosing the salon versus flybridge layout, customers can decide between an up or down galley, choose from a standard two-stateroom or optional three-stateroom layout, and pick from a variety of design options for interior and exterior finishes.

“The Vicem 50 Classic will have the beautiful craftsmanship and seakeeping that are trademark features onboard all Vicems,” says Noelle Semmes, a principal at Semmes Yachts. “But Vicem’s willingness to work with owners on a wide variety of customization options is what really sets the vessel apart in its class.”
