Garmin’s Force Kraken trolling motor series now includes a 48-inch shaft length ideal for smaller boats that’s engineered with a pivot-style mount for easy installation even when bow space is limited.
“The addition of another shaft length option to our award-winning Force trolling motor series reinforces our commitment to provide best-in-class trolling motors to all our customers,” says Dan Bartel, Garmin vice president of global consumer sales. “From bass boats to bay boats, center consoles to multi species fishing boats, Force remains at the forefront of power and efficiency, and we’re pleased to expand our Kraken series with an additional 48-inch size that’s perfect for boats with a smaller freeboard.”
Engineered with cutting-edge features, advanced precision and seamless integration, the brushless motor offers longer run times and either 100 or 80 pounds of thrust depending on the voltage. Features live sonar integration potential with Kraken’s Live Scope cable management system and wireless integration with Garmin chartplotters and smartwatches. Built-in sonar integration is available in select models. Anchor lock allows for precise boat positioning with multi-band GPS and integrated AHRS, while a wireless remote allows you to navigate from anywhere on board.
Engineered for harsh marine environments, the Force Kraken series is built to last. This new model is offered in black and white, with a suggested retail of $3,599.99 and $3,799.99.
