Michigan’s Boyne City Main Street is kicking off the holiday season and is a great place to start holiday celebrations. Head to the Earlier than the Bird event to get some shopping done the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Coffee mugs will be given away to those who stop by the log cabin in Sunset Park — but only if you’re wearing pajamas!
The Holiday Open House and Santa Parade will take place November 29 from 5-9 p.m. along Main Street, starting with refreshments, the Community Christmas Tree lighting in Old City Park by the Boyne Area Girl Scouts and then the 6 p.m. parade. Santa will also be in attendance in his horse-drawn sleigh, along with some elves, and will be available for photos in the Sunset Park Log Cabin.
