Freedom comes standard.

by Ken Kreisler

There are many reasons why Grady-White has one of the most loyal ownership bases in the industry, including the brand’s quality build, dedication to safety and comfort, and committed support system ready to assist in any way necessary.

And with the company’s Freedom 235 Dual Console — as with all Grady-White builds — that and more comes standard.

“We have pushed the boundary of how many big boat features are incorporated into this boat,” says Christian Carraway, Grady-White’s design engineer. “Fishing, cruising, you name it — this boat is fully equipped.”

Boarding is safe and easy via the swim platform, featuring built-in extensions to either side. Once aboard and through the starboard transom door, you will find a pair of transom storage cabinets, a large 160-quart insulated fish box (an accompanying 15.5-gallon livewell option is available), and just forward, Grady-White’s patented foldaway aft bench seat. The helm is to starboard and the companion seat is to port, which is available as an optional, electrically operated, extendable lounge.

Opposite and aft of the helm is yet another big boat feature: An optional wetbar and sink with removable cooler underneath. The head is to port just forward of the companion seat.

Opening the center window and a bi-fold door on the centerline provides easy access to and from the bow area, with plenty of comfortable seating and storage areas. Surrounding all this is Grady-White’s proven SeaV2 hull and an exciting profile whose soft, broken sheerline sets her apart from the pack.
Add from a list of exciting custom options, such as a hardtop and fishing package, to make your Freedom 235 a personal statement of your Grady-White ownership.
