Despite high water levels, the 10th annual Metro Boat Show at Lake St. Clair Metropark will go according to plan on September 12-15. Starting at noon on Thursday, the event will feature more vessels than ever, along with a free trolley service that will take guests around the show.
“This boat show is important to both buyers and sellers in this region. Fall in-water shows are known for high sales volume around the country and Michigan is the third-largest marine market in the country,” says Pete Beauregard, Jr., president of Colony Marine and the MBIA Boat Show committee chair. “The show is a great time whether you’re in the market for a new boat, want to see what’s coming for next year, or just want to spend a great day near the water!”
The event is $10 for adults, while children under 12 can enter for free. To learn more about the show, visit metroboatshow.net.
