When it debuted at the 2024 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the Hurricane 24 Center Console made waves despite not even being in the water, as she was housed in a convention center.

Though the boat can be outfitted with a single 400-horsepower outboard, she will likely be better set up with twin 150-horsepower engines. Her deep-V hull splits the sea and offers grippy, confidence-inducing performance even in chop, while a hybrid flare at her bow bats down wayward waves as she zips along.

For fishing, the boat comes standard with a 23-gallon livewell, multiple rod holders scattered about her deck, and extra stowage for bait and lures. She also is available with a fishing package that includes a trolling motor, rocket launchers and a casting bow deck, among other amenities.

For cruising, the boat has convertible seating in both the bow and the cockpit, and a thumping JL Audio system available with six speakers and subwoofers. Wireless phone chargers, LED lighting and a handy swim ladder make this boat an excellent choice as a family friendly getaway machine. An enclosed head with porta-potty or electric flush options is also available.

This boat comes priced right around $68,000 or so depending on how she is kitted out. For that you get a lot of boat for the money and one that will keep everyone from hearty anglers to your smallest grandkid smiling from ear to ear.
