The subsidiary of Correct Craft’s Watershed Innovation group, Ingenity, partnered with sister company Nautique to deliver its first fully electric-powered boat — the Nautique GS22E.
Created as a new sustainable solution for the marine industry, the GS22E makes the most of the environmentally friendly propulsion technologies that set Ingenity apart, while still meeting demanding boat applications without sacrificing performance.
“Our innovation team members have poured themselves into this project knowing that connecting with end customers would be the ultimate validation of their tireless effort,” says Sean Marrero, president of Ingenity.
The Ingenity team also installed its first innovative electric boat charger with automotive standards on Lake Tahoe — one that can recharge the GS22E in less than five hours, for up to three hours of watersports use.
“While we are very proud of the boat’s environmental benefits, the GS22E’s performance as a watersports boat stands on its own,” Marrero says. “We are confident that watersports enthusiasts are going to be impressed by what this boat can do.”
