Set sail while raising money for a good cause at the 2018 Leukemia Cup Regatta, hosted by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Michigan chapter. This year’s race will be held on August 26 at North Star Sail Club in Harrison Township, Michigan. Additionally, there will be a cocktail party open to the public on August 25, from 6:30 to 10 p.m.
The event helps raise funds to support blood cancer research and patient services.
“With more than one million people in North American diagnosed with a blood cancer, The Leukemia Cup Regatta is an important fundraising event that gives participants an opportunity to do something enjoyable while making a critical difference in the lives of patients and their families,” says Doug Glaizer, executive director of the LLS Michigan chapter.
