When preparing your boat for the summer season, it can be easy to overlook the little things that make time out on the water that much more fun, such as listening to some of your favorite tunes. LifeProof has just come out with a new line of waterproof Bluetooth speakers, which shouldn’t be overlooked as your prepare for the months ahead.
The new line of speakers, called Aquaphonics , comes in three different size options, all of which are fully submersible up to 3 feet. The smallest model, the AQ9, weighs less than 9 ounces and is ideal for personal use and small groups. It has up to 16 hours of battery life and an integrated carabineer clip. The next size up, the AQ10, is 1.7 lbs and best for small to medium-sized groups. It has up to 13 hours of battery life, floats, and contains a built-in water-tight drybox for cash, cards and keys. The largest model, the AQ11, is 4 lbs and good for larger groups and spaces. It has 15 hours of battery life, floats, contains the water-tight drybox , and can also charge a phone while playing music.
The AQ9 runs at $100, the AQ10 is $200 and the AQ11 is $300. Color options depend on size.
