Lippert Components, Inc. (LCI) an OEM and aftermarket components to the recreational vehicle industry, has acquired marine awning and shade brand SureShade. The company will continue manufacturing and production in its newly expanded facility in Philadelphia, and all 25 employees, including cofounder Dana Russikoff, will stay on.
